Technical Service Promise
1.The machines are tested with the raw materials before they leave our factory, we invite our customers to have a trial production, only when the customers are satisfied with the machines, the machines well shipped out.
2.We are responsible to install and adjust the machines and guarantee the installment will be finished within the time stipulated in the contract, to ensure that your company normal production on schedule.
3.The warranty period is one year. During this period, if there is any key parts breakdown (not included caused by human factors and easily damaged parts ) , we are responsible to help the customers to repair or change parts.
After-sales Promise
1.In order to ensure customers' interests, our company will offer the lifelong service to the machines and send workers to pay a return visit regularly, help customers to solve major problems in the production, maintain the machines together, to ensure the machines keep good condition for a long time.
2.When the quality or breakdown problems happened in production of machines, our company will give a reply within 8 hours after received a notice from your company, and we can come to your factory within 48 hours if you think it is necessary, provide satisfactory and thoughtful services for your company.
3.Our company will offer spare parts with good quality and price for a long time to your company.
